Introducing the Tidal Automation Adapter for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Virtual Machines
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Compute Virtual Machines provides a secure and customizable computing service. The adapter automates building, deploying, and managing instance, instance pool, and capacity reservation.
Prerequisites
These prerequisites must be completed before TA can work with the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services:

Assign the policy to the IAM user or user group associated with the compartment to create and manage oracle cloud compute services.

Assign the group <group-name> to manage all resources in compartment <compartment-name> to the application.

The IAM user profile can generate API keys for the adapter connection.

Sign in to Oracle Cloud as the IAM user.

Click Profile and navigate to the User setting.

Click API Keys in the Resources section.

Click Add API Key to display Add API Key dialog.

Click Download Private Key and save the key in the Add API Key dialog.

Click Add to display the fingerprint key.
The fingerprint of the public key and the downloaded private key .pem file is used when defining the adapter connection.

Collect this information:
Tenancy OCID – This is the Directory (tenant) ID displayed in Oracle Cloud. Find this information in Oracle Cloud Infrastructureunder Profile > Tenancy > OCID.
User OCID – This is the ID of your Oracle Cloud subscription. Find this information in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure under Profile > User settings > OCID.
