Modifying Job Parameters

If job parameters are changed in the SMSE task, the changed parameter values are persisted in the job definition in TA, provided that the SAP Solution Manager user has privilege to edit the job in TA.

In the SMSE task, parameters can be changed for these types of TA jobs:

• Agent jobs

• SAP jobs

• SAP Java jobs

• SAP PI jobs

For other TA jobs, the job parameters are not displayed in SAP Solution Manager.
